| Your orders can be shipped anywhere within the Greek and Cypriot territory.
Shipments are made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All shipments are made with ELTA couriers.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over €50, while for purchases under €50 they are €2.50
If you wish to send cash on delivery, you incur an additional cost of €1.50 and the waiting time for your order at the respective courier agency,
is 7 calendar days.
The waiting time for the order at the courier agency for paid orders is 14 calendar days
The approximate delivery time of your orders is
• Attica and mainland destinations – Delivery within 1-3 working days
• Island destinations – Delivery within 1-3 business days
• Hard to reach areas – Delivery within 1-3 working days
• Especially for shipments to Cyprus, delivery time is 5-7 working days and shipping costs are set at €17 for the first 2 kilos and €2 for each kilo above.
*Due to extraordinary circumstances delivery times may increase (5-15 working days)
. Kalos Beauty Center will make every effort to ship the products to you within 1-2 business (Monday to Friday) days. For products whose availability is “Back to Order” and provided that they can be ordered from Kalos Beauty Center suppliers, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 working (Monday to Friday) days.
USEFUL NOTE
Orders received on public holidays begin to be processed on the next business day, which is when the estimated delivery time begins. The above stated delivery times may be modified in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (eg nationwide strike of coke transport workers). |
